Company Background

Environmental consciousness is a core value that we deeply embrace. Our diverse portfolio spans from industrial to residential projects, and as we continue to grow, we are equally committed to creating buildings with a distinct character, showcasing innovative green solutions.

Our current series of residential developments hold significant value, largely due to the strong eco-friendly focus we have integrated into each one. We launched our first four projects under the Nouvelle brand and steadily expanded our property division into residential development.

Our inaugural residential project, The Treez, was celebrated for its unique green features, earning us the title of “First Green Residential Building” in Southern Kuala Lumpur. By meeting the Green Building Index standards of Malaysia, we ensure that our ongoing growth remains in harmony with our philosophy of fostering a sustainable environment for the future.

In addition to establishing ourselves as property developers, we have ventured into scheduled waste management. Our sister company, Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd, specializes in comprehensive scheduled waste management, producing recycled fuel oil for industrial applications.
